VILLA LAVINIA Sea & Pool for 6 people, gracefully emerges on the sandy coast of Playa Grande a few km from Marina di Ragusa – South Eastern Sicily. It offers numerous options for outdoor living, a large exclusive swimming pool to enjoy both in conviviality or in absolute peace.
THE INTERIORS: The rooms of Villa LAVINIA are on one level and we also find a single bedroom in the annexe with bathroom.
From the welcoming entrance, you enter an open space where a beautiful garden with native plants frames the relaxation area of verandas and swimming pool. the two verandas are well equipped with sofas and external tables, from here you flow naturally to the rest of the spaces, to reach the fully equipped kitchen equipped with a fridge with freezer; An area with sliding glass walls with a dining table offers fabulous views of the garden and pool, enticing guests to enjoy both the outdoor and indoor spaces.
Returning to the central common area, you enter the two double bedrooms plus a single bedroom and two bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a comfortable bathtub. the villa is equipped with air conditioning.
The other single room with en suite bathroom is located in the annex, with private entrance and air conditioning.

THE EXTERIORS:
Villa LAVINIA Mare & Piscina is located 100 meters walk in front of a beautiful PLAYA GRANDE beach. This free beach of fine sand is accessed via a small passage and nearby there are beach clubs equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas.
However, upon entering the villa, you are spoiled for choice when it comes to spending time outdoors. Let's start from the very comfortable shaded veranda that runs along one side of the property, accessible from the living and dining area with ample space for banquets and/or relaxation. Leaving this covered veranda you move towards the swimming pool area and then an enchanting relaxation area immersed in a green lawn.
At the center of the external environment we find a beautiful, large and sinuous swimming pool of 9m simply relax and a depth of up to 1.80. The pool area has an outdoor shower.
Looking towards the veranda, there is the barbecue area, served by a bar-kitchen. It is the perfect place for an aperitif or a digestive and for long dinners accompanied and illuminated by the moon and a starry sky.

Villa Lavinia Mare & Piscina is ideally located for those who love lazing on sandy beaches, savoring the wonders of Sicilian cuisine and exploring fascinating historic cities. Surrounded by multiple restaurants and supermarkets on the coast, it is conveniently located to reach the splendid Marina di Ragusa, a meeting point for the evening nightlife with bars with outdoor verandas where it is also possible to enjoy beautiful walks along the seafront. A few kilometers away are Puntasecca which became very famous thanks to the filming of the Montalbano drama, Ragusa, Donnalucata, Scicli, Modica and moving further south we find Marzamemi Pachino and Punta di Capo Passero, whose lighthouse marks the southernmost point of Italy, much further south than Tunis!
The coast is almost entirely occupied by long sandy beaches BLUE FLAG for its green and crystalline waters and for their general ecological excellence..
To the south-east are the splendid baroque towns of the Val di Noto UNESCO World Heritage Site, of Noto, Syracuse, once the most powerful city of Magna Graecia and the Vendicari Nature Reserve, home to beautiful pristine beaches, migrating flamingos and nesting turtles .
