Positive: We've been there twice now, and I'm hoping we'll go back - everything works, the size of the place is great, the views over the Meadows are a joy. It's also very, very quiet (unless there's some mad wind blowing, but hey, that's Edinburgh!).

Negative: If you have mobility problems, the one thing that can be tricky is getting in the bathtub without some acrobatics, due to its high and very large border.

Summary: I like this place so much that I'm afraid of advertising it!
