The property is just a 2 minute walk to the renowned surfing beach and white sands of Bondi. The immediate area is host to a great variety of cafes, restaurants and specialty shops close to and on the beach front. Walkers will enjoy the coastal stroll to neighbouring beaches Tamarama and Coogee.
