Sunspree is an eight-bedroom, six-bath second row beach house located in Long Bay Estates. This home features two fully-equipped kitchens complete with microwave and dishwasher, as well as a washer, dryer, central heat and air conditioning, hardwood flooring, and two great rooms. Ten TVs, two DVD players, telephone, and Wi-Fi are also provided. Both levels of this home consist of a living/dining/kitchen combination floor plan. Four bedrooms and two baths are located upstairs, and four bedrooms and three baths are downstairs. Sleeping accommodations include three king, two queen, and four double-sized beds, plus two twin-over-double bunk bed sets. Outdoor amenities include a private 35-by-15-foot heated swimming pool (heated Labor Day through Memorial Day when temperatures are above 55°) with kiddie pool, hot tub, enclosed shower and bath, gazebo, covered porches, and charcoal grill. The sixth bathroom is only accessible outside from the pool area. No interior stairway. No smoking. No pets. Maximum occupancy: 22

Conveniently located close to some of the best area attractions, Garden City Beach is directly south of Surfside Beach and ends on a peninsula at the mouth of Murrells Inlet. One of the most renowned attractions in Garden City Beach is the Pier at Garden City. Other points of interest include Marlin Quay Marina and restaurants Sara J's Seafood Restaurant, Gulfstream Café, and Original Sam's Corner.
Just south of Garden City Beach is Murrells Inlet, a seaside community considered the "Seafood Capital of South Carolina" and home to some of the nation's best golf courses. Once primarily a fishing village, the town is best known for the Murrells Inlet MarshWalk, a half-mile-long boardwalk overlooking a pristine salt marsh, and the many award-winning restaurants along Highway 17 Business in the central business district.
