There is a spacious newly renovated bathroom with full laundry facilities. Free street parking, with no steps into the apartment. Internally there are three steps from the lounge/bedroom level to the kitchen/dining level.
In the heart of Sandy Bay, so close to the city and salamanca, you can still enjoy a bush walk from the garden to the Signal Station to start or end the day!
