Step through grand mahogany doors into a spacious, single-level home with chic mid-century modern vibes and amazing views from every room. The open layout connects the cozy living room, formal dining space, and a second lounge with bar and games. You’ll also find a rare 20-foot indoor palm tree adding a unique touch of nature.
With two fully loaded game rooms-featuring skee-ball, air hockey, arcade games, billiards, ping pong, and more-plus Smart TVs in every bedroom, you’ll never run out of things to do. The indoor bar and chef-style kitchen with two dining areas make this home perfect for hosting.

• Pool heating is available up to 82°F for $100/day minimum (based on current SDGE rates so please inquire about pricing prior to booking). Spa heating is always free
• A $100 pet fee per pet applies (up to 2 small dogs) to cover deep cleaning after checkout.
• After 16 guests, there’s a $50 per night fee for each additional guest.
• Early check-in or late check-out must be requested at least 24 hours ahead and depends on our cleaning schedule.
• Loud music is not allowed on the property after 6:00 PM to maintain a peaceful environment for the neighbors, and quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please keep noise levels down during these times. Failure to do so will result in a $500 fine and/or immediately removal fromtheproperty.
