Shady Acres is located 12 miles from Waco, only 20 minutes from downtown Waco and the Magnolia Silos and 15 minutes from historic West, Texas. Shady Acres offers a spacious 1100 square foot one bedroom home with two queen beds, one bath and a large open concept living/kitchen/dining area. The farm sits on a fenced in 4 acre section of a larger 40 acre farm complete with horses and cows. You can experience amazing sunsets and the tranquility of the country while being just a short distance from the city.
Enjoy all the amenities of "city living" with an extremely well-stocked kitchen with, oven, stove, microwave, refrigerator, Keurig and dishwasher. When not enjoying a meal at one of many local restaurants feel free to make yourself at home and cook up your favorite meal. Enjoy your meal either inside or at the outdoor dining area on the screened in porch. You can wrap up your evening by enjoying a cozy fire in the fire pit.
Adjacent to the kitchen is the laundry room with detergent provided.
The Farm at Shady Acres is perfect for all Baylor sporting events and activities, fans of Fixer Upper, workshops at Homestead Heritage, Westfest and any and all Waco events.
