Stunning home in a cul-de-sac backing up to green space! This home is like a sanctuary and has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a 2 car garage. Cozy up in the living room in front of the fireplace and gaze out the window at the trees and grass or hang out on the deck for outdoor relaxation.
This haven's location is south of Omaha - 9 miles south of I-80 and it's proximity to Hwys 75 and 370 make it easy to get anywhere in town and it's less than 3 miles from Offutt AFB.
This is an open floor plan throughout the main living area, including vaulted ceilings, welcoming décor, a gas fireplace, and plenty of natural light. The kitchen has modern amenities, all appliances, coffee, some spices and a few little snacks for your stay. The dining area has a dining room table that seats 6.
The spacious primary suite has a king size bed, full bathroom and a walk-in closet. The secondary bedroom has a queen-sized bed and the main bathroom has a tub/shower combo. The living room has a sofa sleeper.
All the living space is on one level. There are 2-3 steps to get into the front door and 2 steps to get in from the garage.
The tv is equipped for you to sign in to your streaming service and under the tv, the cabinet has some games and a few office supplies. Bathrooms are equipped with some toiletries and hairdryers.

Other things to note:
We do request for shoes to be taken off at the door. No smoking in the home and garage. The home does not have any child proof devices installed. If you are staying there on a Wednesday/Thursday, the trash cans needs to go out to the curb for pick up on Wednesday evening and then brought back in after picked up on Thursday. We are happy to come do that but some guests prefer they just do it themselves. Just let us know which you prefer.
