The villa is arranged over 3 floors; upon entering the gate you will find the annexe in front of you with a double bedroom and a bathroom with a floor-mounted shower.
Going up the external staircase you get to the super panoramic terrace with a direct view of the sea. Connected by an internal staircase you reach the first two super panoramic floors: on the lower floor there is a large living-living room with fireplace and two sofas, large kitchen, small bathroom and entrance; on the second floor 2 spacious double bedrooms and a room with two single beds, laundry room and 2 comfortable bathrooms, 1 of which with whirlpool tub and walk-in shower and the other with walk-in shower.
