Baby cot available upon request. All bed linen, towels and cleaning are included. BATHROOM with toilet, handbasin, shower, shower. KITCHEN with fridge and freezer, hot plate, microwave, mini-dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee-machine, cutlery and a selection of base ingredients (tea, coffee, sugar, spices, etc). LIVING-ROOM with sofa (easily converts to double sofa-bed), 44" SMART TV with satellite programs (with Canal Digital, Netflix, Youtube, Chrome-cast, etc) breakfast table. INCLUDED in price: parking on private land, wi-fi 60MB/sec, bedwear, towels, toiletries, hair-dryer, luggage storage, access to jetty/lake-shore, cleaning upon departure.
