Wade your feet in Tuggerah Lakes foreshore right on your doorstep. Whether you enjoy fishing, water skiing, wake boarding or swimming, these activities can be enjoyed right from your backyard. The public boat ramp is less than 300m away.
Walk to the Wallarah Bay Recreation Club situated on the waterfront, for delicious meals, multiple bars and many entertainment options.
Winter Booking?, don’t be fooled by the seasons, this home delights in all weather! The lake is gorgeous viewed from your log-fire-heated open-plan living room, or enjoy romantic winters nights rugged up on the balcony admiring the clear night sky and the millions of stars you can see from outside the city….. all wood supplied.
Sleeping arrangements: The home sleeps a maximum of 12 people (which includes a king bed, 2 x queen beds, 2 bunk beds and a foldout sofa). Given this bedding configuration, we suggest a max of 6-8 adults + children to ensure comfort for guests. A cot is available on request. The price is based on 8 guests - additional guests are $50 per person / night.
Downstairs has a DVD theatre room with Xbox entertainment for the kids. All 3 TVs in the house have Netflix access with the main TV also having Foxtel.

The property has stairs, wheelchair accessible all downstairs and is direct access to the waterfront. The beach is perfect for sand castles or sun baking, while the water activities here are endless.
The Entrance waterfront restaurants are 10km away, & The Lakes and Beaches only 1.5kms. Lakehaven shopping has movies and major shopping outlets & is 4 mins by car.
Toukley has is own Golf course, Skate park, Indoor heated pools, often holds Hot Rods shows, Australia Day festivals & the like, at Canton Beach Foreshore.

This is a residential neighbourhood, standard noise restrictions apply, this is NOT an ideal "party" house and we request no loud noise.

There is strictly non-smoking anywhere in the house.
Absolutely No Parties, Loud Noise or Events (i.e. not suitable for "schoolies" gatherings). This is a residential area and it is extremely important that guests follow our neighborhood rules. Excessive noise is NOT tolerated by my neighborhood.
Only the number of guests that are noted on your reservation are allowed in the house (day or night).
Please no shoes on carpet areas.
Guests must check in BEFORE 7pm (unless otherwise agreed) to avoid disturbing neighbours.
Xmas holidays min 5 nights stay, other weekends and public/school hols min 2 nights.
Single night stays midweek possible. Please message a request.
