The major shopping centre in Salamander Bay is only 4km away, and Nelson Bay CBD is approximately 10 minutes away (6.5kms), offering boutique shopping, award-winning restaurants and the marina where popular dolphin and whale watch cruises operate.
This unique and comfortable home is situated on absolute water frontage. Grill up a feast in the undercover BBQ area and dine on the alfresco furniture, practically on the beach!
