Summary: All the staff that I encountered in my 12 day stay were great. my only negative comment is that the every other day refresh of the room somehow got screwed up and then we were off schedule. I also think that there should be a "better" cleaning of the room on those days as well. Having said this, we did enjoy our stay and the staff that we encountered.
