Summary: Its a terrific studio apartment. Large, nicely decorated, full size kitchen and bathroom. It faces the courtyard, so it is quiet. All of the procedures and rules for using the apartment are well documented and the owners communicate well. It's a short walk to a good U-Bahn stop.
