Positive: Great, remote location in Guanacaste away from the busy resort areas. We had the beautiful black sand beach of Playa Azul all to ourselves. The condo is big - plenty of room to relax and enjoy. The balcony is also a huge plus - amazing view of the ocean and sunsets and comfortable patio furniture. The caretaker, Diego, was always reachable and responded immediately when we had questions. Owner was always responsive as well. Close to Nosara and other small towns along the coast. We will definitely go back.

Negative: WiFi was spotty. Had to unplug and reset constantly. There is no nightlife in the area so we needed strong wifi to stream movies. An updated and newer smart TV would be nice too so we could log onto our Netflix account and other apps.

Summary: We had a great few days in this remote and beautiful paradise. Condo was roomy, very clean and comfortable. Can’t wait t
