Positioned on the third floor with stair-only access, this studio is your front-row seat to Dee Why’s spectacular coastline. Inside, unwind on the comfortable double bed with soft linens and stream your favourite shows on the TV. Step onto the private balcony to watch surfers at sunrise, enjoy sweeping ocean views by day, or fire up the BBQ for an alfresco meal as the sun sets.
The kitchenette includes an induction stove, microwave, and basic cooking essentials—ideal for preparing a casual meal or beach picnic. Chat over wine at the three-seater dining table or settle into the sunlit benchtop nook, perfect for remote work with an ocean backdrop.

Swap a beach day for a garden retreat at Stony Range Regional Botanic Garden, only a four-minute drive away. Stock up on supplies with two local supermarkets only a three-minute drive away.
