Travel Purpose: business

Positive: The location was great! The host was super attentive and such a nice guy! He's the kind of person who would give his shirt off his back to make you feel at home. a nice kitchen with everything ready to use. The main room, bathroom and bedroom were very clean and the bed was super comfortable but wasn't king sized if that's important to you. We really enjoyed watching the morning surfers everyday and the people watching and the sunrises and sunsets!

Negative: Just a few little things I feel worth mentioning.... The property has 3 separate areas that I didn't see listed in the booking description. (I may have missed it) upstairs is for the host. There is a 2nd guest quarters onsite that shares the patio space with you with a divider on the patio but they have there own patio furnishings. The only time you would see the other guest is if they were on the patio at the same time as you. The noise from the vehicles going out of the beach parking lot was constant from 6 am till 8 pm. to be more exact, it was the constant clicking from the cars going over the non reverse directional spike thingy that got a little annoying but considering you have a spa, fire pit, 1 min. walk to the ocean and the absolute breathtaking views from the patio, it's not hard to overlook this annoyance. The a/c is a floor stand up unit that does good for the main room. doesn't get any air flow to the bedroom. I just kept the bedroom door open. I had brought my big fan so it wasn't really an issue. The spa wasn't working properly during our stay. It was disappointing. He did try to fix the issue several times during our visit. The morning of check out, around 9 am, He started doing maintenance in his upstairs quarters. lots of hammering and what not. it didn't really bother me but it might have to someone else. not sure why he started doing this while he had a guest down stairs.

Summary: We had the best time and will definitely be back!!
