Positive: Property is centrally located and it is a beautiful home.

Negative: Had a few issues at first that weren’t being addressed by the management company (alarm with low battery kept beeping - initially they pretty much said take care of it yourself. They sent someone the next day. Tv volume wasn’t working. They initially proceeded to tell us how to work the volume buttons of a control. Wasn’t until the next day that they informed us how to truly fix. There was no firewood (which property description and/or instructions made it sound like it would be available) and they proceeded to tell us that was not included. Every interaction we were having with vacasa corporate was pretty bad. Every time we’d reach out it was a completely different person responding back (local team did do a great job once they addressed the issues). I can’t say anything bad about the property itself, as the place was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable.

Summary: Great house, some room for improvement as far as the handling of issues by the property management company vacasa.
