Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Good location, clean and comfortable. The condo complex is nicely laid out and there were elevators. Easy walk to beach, pool area nice.

Negative: Sliding door was jammed and too heavy to open. The bathroom layouts were very cramped both upstairs and downstairs and very poorly designed for a family sharing the condo. My mother was unable to get in and out of the bath because the room was so tiny. Sink in bedroom did not drain. Air conditioning unit was incredibly loud. We were told we could pick up pool towels and get the entry code at the Retreat office but it was not open the whole time we were there.
