Positive: We found this property to be exactly what we wanted - centrally located, tastefully appointed and comfortable room, and quiet. Everything and more! I only wish the bistro had been open on the morning of our departure so we could’ve enjoyed that!

Negative: We had another friend who tried to book this same property on Booking.com and was not successful. We were all together when we booked months earlier and she was not given a confirmation number and was forced to book away from us at another hotel. When we checked in, she was with us and was made to feel like she had done something wrong. There was a problem between Booking.com and this property and it was NOT her responsibility. This part was unfortunate because we’d’ve preferred to be staying under one roof, but without a confirmation—similar to what we got—she had already made other arrangements. The person at check in didn’t seem to believe her. Meanwhile Emma was left with an empty room. Maybe consider booking directly and not through Booking.com?
