Summary: It was a fantastic stay. Everytime we walked by even into the night, there were atleast 1 or 2 attendants available at the front desk. First time I have ever seen a hotel staffed properly. They were kind and courteous. The lady that answered my call about 11am the morning of checkin/booking was extremely helpful. She was new and informed me immediately that she would call me back after she got the answer that was needed. And she followed through with her promise. I had originally booked for two people in a 2 bed room, but then found out a third person would be joining. They updated my reservation as I could not do so in the app, with it being the same day we were checking in. The only issue we encountered was that our room's ac was not cooling the room to 70 degree, it was warmer than it should have been per my Mother and Aunt (Room 212). Last, I had spilled orange juice on the entry way hard floor and wiped it up. The washcloth I used had a layer of gray on it. If the floor was mopped appropriately (unsure of state of carpet but it appeared clean) and if the AC was working properly, it would have been a perfect stay. I believe the hotel deserves a high rating still as other items in the room appeared clean and the front desk staff and breakfast clean up lady (unsure of title, sorry) were phenomenally nice and helpful. I would book again-to ensure a completely happy stay, please remediate the mentioned issues.Ensure to congratulate the staff mentioned above as they deserve it

Summary: First room a/c didn’t work. 2nd room had dirty sheets. My wife went and got fresh sheets at front desk and we replaced them ourselves

Summary: Handicapped room was not fresh smelling & could smell odors from previous occupants. It seems this type of room is lacking in cleanliness. I’ve experienced this before.

Summary: Our room has liquid stains on the ceiling, walls, and bathroom door. Ick! Other than that, it was fine. The continental breakfast was pretty good.

Summary: The room was clean & had no offensive odors. The bed & bedding were very comfortable. The bathroom was small, but well stocked. We liked the added furniture to sit a suitcase on, so nothing had to be on the floor. The breakfast was good & the entire staff we interacted with was hard working & so kind & helpful.
