This cabin is one of the original homes at the Ranch, complete with a large wooden front porch and a tin roof. The Kitchen is well stocked with utensils to cook including an oven/stove, sink, refrigerator, and pantry. The Master bedroom features a queen bed and has a bathroom and a small rustic work area. A second room, with two sets of twin bunk beds, is located off the living area and also has an adjoining bathroom with a shower.

We do not offer food or beverages onsite. You are welcome to bring your food and beverage needs to last for your stay or drive 20 minutes into Waco for restaurants.
We have charcoal grills conveniently located outside your cabin, please bring your charcoal.
PETS: We love hosting pets! We happily welcome up to two dogs at our home with an added pet fee of $75/pet. If you're planning to bring your furry friends along, please don't hesitate to send me a message! Just a few other notes! You are expected to clean up after your pet, in the house, and the yard. We ask that you provide your OWN blanket for them to lay on if your pet prefers that. Dogs are NOT allowed on our furniture/beds/couch/blankets/sheets and an additional cleaning fee will be charged if dog hair is found on these items at check out. If you book and bring more than two dogs, you’ll be subject to additional fees.
NUMBER OF GUESTS: MAXIMUM of 8 guest occupancy. Anyone over the age of 3 should be accounted for on your reservation.
REFUNDS: We will enforce our cancellation policy agreed upon in the booking platform and STRONGLY encourage purchasing traveler insurance. We do not refund for weather, weather-related issues, or natural disasters.
