Looking for an amazing getaway in beautiful central Wisconsin? Come relax and unwind in a lake home that features a quiet and natural setting. The cottage is located on Long Lake, 10 minutes from Waupaca, one of the most premier lakes in Waushara County! The house is nestled in a quiet bay that boasts gorgeous pines for that full “up north feel." Enjoy nature around you, while only feet from the water. Guests have their own private dock, back yard fire pit (firewood for sale on site) and use of a canoe, kayak and stand up paddle board free of charge. A 12 person, 22 ft pontoon boat is also available for rental on site for a $150 per day (2 day minimum rental) or $600 for 5 days. Cottage sleeps 6 guests. It is clean and well maintained with 2 bedrooms, one bathroom, full kitchen, dining area and living room. It also includes a basement with washer and dryer for guests to use at no charge. We now have WIFI available! If guests own a boat they have private access to the pier for their boat to dock the entire stay or they can rent the pontoon boat. If you are looking to escape from the city life to enjoy absolute peace and quiet at night, this is the place! You will not be disappointed!

Located just a few miles from Waushara County's delightful supper clubs, golf courses, small town shops and recreational trails and public hunting grounds, Only 15 minutes away from Waupaca, WI and all it has to offer.
Cottage amenities include: bathroom with full tub/shower, full kitchen with microwave, fridge, stove/oven, coffee maker and all essentials for cooking. There is a queen size bed, full size lower bunk bed with a twin bed on top and queen size sofa sleeper. Maximum occupancy is 6 people. Free WIFI available. It also comes with a TV, DVD player, DVD movies, CD player, washer and dryer (no charge), bed linens and towels. Also includes use of charcoal grill, fire pit with firewood for sale on site, canoe, kayak and stand up paddle board.
Enjoy convenient access from the dock to the deeper waters of the lake that are right around the corner. The shallow, clear water off of the dock allows guests to view fish and wildlife or to lounge on floatation devices.
Long Lake is a 272 acre lake located in Waushara County, please note, this is NOT on the Chain of Lakes. It is one of the best lakes in the county for water sports. It has a maximum depth of 71 feet. Visitors have boat access to the lake from a public boat landing. Fish include pan fish, Large Mouth Bass, Northern Pike and Walleye. The lake's water clarity is crystal clear. It is outstanding for boating, fishing, water skiing, kayaking, canoeing and swimming. In winter you can enjoy ice fishing on the lake too!
Sorry no pets are allowed and there is no smoking allowed in the cabin per WI state law and there is no hunting or use of firearms allowed on the property.
