Summary: If you’re unsure where to stay, read this. This is the perfect place. Hospitality and service are truly top-class. I’ve traveled quite a bit and visited many different cities around the world, but I have honestly never experienced service this genuine and sincere. The care, attention, and warmth from the staff were on another level. The entire stay was a solid 10/10. The staff were incredibly welcoming, helpful, and kind. They assisted us with booking tours around the island and were always available when we needed anything — always with a smile and a genuine desire to help. The hotel also offers a very easy-to-use app for ordering room service, food, laundry, and other services, which made the stay smooth, comfortable, and effortless. The food was outstanding, both in taste and presentation. Every meal felt well thought out and high quality. The facilities were beautiful, very clean, and extremely well maintained. The hotel is located in a calm and pleasant area, just a 5-minute walk to the beach, making it ideal for relaxation. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and offer great value for money. The pool area was peaceful and relaxing, and the surrounding area has many nice bars with friendly and welcoming staff. If we return to this destination, this is without question where we would stay again.
