Positive: Welcome and hospitality and accommodating our takeaway needs as town had no places to eat in on New years Evening. Breakfast superb. off street parking.

Negative: One room was very cold even with two oil heaters but did eventually warm up when left on all night. Window issue we feel and outside was below zero. Double room was fine. There was a smell of dogs in the reception area - but not a problem.

Summary: Great stopover between Scotland and home
