This 6 year old home is on two floors, with each floor containing 2 bedrooms (all four bedrooms have en-suite bath) , powder room, spacious and comfortably furnished living room, and dining room with seating for 8 (indoors). 3 of the bedrooms have king size beds, and the fourth bedroom has two queen-size beds. There is an additional single daybed in the downstairs master bedroom. The house was completed in 2017 and features beautiful gourmet kitchens on both levels with top-quality stainless steel appliances, corian countertops and custom cabinets. Amenities include a large sundeck off the upper kitchen and livingroom, television (streaming services only) wifi, sonos speakers, tropical garden, detached garage, gas barbecue, and a gorgeous infinity pool. The covered patio adjacent to the pool has outdoor dining seating 10 persons and a refreshing outdoor shower
