Design features include ample cabinet and storage space, fireplace, first floor king master suite with his and hers master baths and attached oceanfront Carolina room. Two additional bedrooms on the main floor; one with a king bed and the other with twin over double bunk beds will share a full bath. Upstairs bedrooms feature ocean views in the 2 master suites each with 1 King bed, 2 twins and private full baths. 3rd bedroom equipped with a twin bunk bed set, an additional single twin, and private bath. Cozy game room with television and board games is an ideal “get away” for the kids in the family.
North Litchfield is convenient to golf, restaurants, shopping, bike trails, Brookgreen Gardens and Huntington Beach State Park.
