Welcome to a newly built (2016) holiday home with a fantastic location right by the dunes at Östra stranden in Halmstad. Here the beach is only one dune away. A cottage built as a compact accommodation. High quality and very tastefully decorated. Here you can find everything on a small living area. Enjoy the view of the roaring waves from the balcony. The ground floor of the cottage has an open kitchen with all equipment and a living room with a sofa bed for two. A smart TV with chromecast and Netflix and of course free wifi. The wide-built glazed conservatory has a large beautiful dining area. The bathroom is fully tiled with shower and washing machine with dryer. Upstairs there are two sleeping wards separated by the stairwell. There are two double beds. It is quite low ceiling height, but very comfortable. From here there is an exit to the lovely balcony. A pleasure beyond the ordinary. Sit down in the comfortable lounge furniture with a cup of coffee or other enjoyable things and enjoy a wonderful view of the Kattegat. Halmstad really has something for everyone. The children absolutely must not miss the adventure land or the bus factory. Those who love nature and walks can walk on Prins Bertil's path that stretches from Halmstad Castle, along the sea, all the way to Möllegård Nature Reserve, where you can enjoy Italian ice cream. The path passes right at the cottage's plot boundary. If the sea is not heated, there are outdoor pools for both large and small at the "Brottet". For those interested in fishing, both the sea and the Nissan, which flows through the city, offer fine fishing. In Nissan, a fishing license is required. The golf town of Halmstad has a large number of golf courses in the surroundings.
