On the top floor are 3 further bedrooms, all three have double beds. One room has the addition of a daybed and the other has an ensuite shower. The top floor also has a good-sized bathroom with bath. On the ground floor there is a large kitchen, with breakfast bar with everything you could need including a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, and coffee machine plus a large conservatory with two big dining tables with seating for up to 14 people if necessary. The lounge with its 65” Smart TV is perfect for gathering to watch a movie or chilling out in after a busy day with two very large comfy corner sofas, that are also sofa beds in needed and two large beanbags. Plus, a ground floor toilet.
Located in the village of Hook, 5 minutes from The M3 Junction 5, Cloud 9 is a short distance from the village centre with shops, pubs and a superstore but also easily accessible to towns such as Winchester, Farnham, Basingstoke and Windsor. The nearest station is Hook, just a 5min drive away and Basingstoke is approx 10 minutes away. The fast train to London Waterloo takes 45 mins. There are many beautiful villages nearby, National Trust properties and Gardens. The area perfect for those that enjoy walking and cycling and there are plenty of country pubs, garden centres, farm shops, restaurants and bakeries nearby. The canal at Odiham is fun for boating, the Georgian village of Odiham is less than 10 minutes away and has a good choice of pubs, cafés and restaurants. Newlyn’s farm shop is famous for cheese and luxury food items is nearby.
