The house is modern, comfortably furnished and energy-friendly with air/air heat pumps and a cozy wood-burning stove. The combined living room and kitchen offers a modern kitchen with ceramic hob, extractor hood, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. The living room is furnished with comfortable furniture and has a large Smart TV with Scandinavian channels, many German channels via cable TV and TV2. In addition, there is a stereo system with CD player and DAB radio. You can log in to your own Netflix account and stream directly on the Smart TV. There is free wireless internet (fiber 200/200) with unlimited use. The cottage has two bedrooms and an extra bed in the living room via a sofa bed (70x210 cm). From the living room there is access to the terrace, where you can relax and enjoy the view of the lake. The bathroom has underfloor heating, and the wood-burning stove provides extra coziness on cool summer evenings or autumn days with rain and debris.
