The Dragonfly is midway between the delightful Artists’ town of Kirkcudbright and the gorgeous food town Castle Douglas, where there are plenty of things to do from shopping to dining to visiting the numerous galleries there. The youngsters in your family are well catered for also with a variety of Farm Parks, a Chocolate Factory, Galloway Activity Centre located on the banks of Loch Ken which offers a great choice of water sports and activities and the Dark Sky Planetarium in Kirkcudbright is a must for the young (and not so young)!
