Positive: We arrived very late due to Booking.com not having the accomodation originaly booked .we only found out on train at 19.00 ! We therefore had to telephone a replacement late at night once we had a signal on the train ! Nightmare ! However Angie the owner's calm response and welcoming attitude even at 1100 due train delay was certainly a gift from the God's. We will be forever grateful as we were in Yarm for a family wedding. We managed to have drinks at the pub next door iron our clothes and forget about our horrendous 9 hour train journey trying to sort accommodation out with booking .com who were not really bothered about the gravity of our situation arriving late at night with no accomodation in the worst storm thank God for people like Angie
