And if you still need to get work done, there are 3 separate desk/work areas. Professionally furnished for a comfortable stay! Design & Style combine to create an excellent impression and experience. Enjoy 2 living areas providing space for everyone. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs with plush cooling memory gel-infused memory foam mattress bedding and all bedrooms have smart Tvs. In addition, all the details have been considered in the fully stocked kitchen with service for 8 people to include coffee maker, blender and toaster and sleek appliances including Bosch high end quiet dishwasher. Full size washer & dryer & detergent supplied provided. You will feel secure with a security system and keyless entry and a private 2 car garage. Outdoor private backyard with room for play & relaxing on a large open patio or enjoy dining al fresco with seating for 6 and gas grill. I am a dog lover and this home accommodates guests traveling with their dog. Please take note that we often have guests with dogs stay in the home, if you are hyper sensitive we may not be the ideal property for you although we do very vigorous thorough cleanings between guests. (*sorry cats are not allowed due to severe owner allergies).There's a full-time manager and me who live only minutes away. We are available to answer any questions, concerns or help with anything that will make your stay more enjoyable. Grapevine is one of my favorite places. This home's location means that you can easily venture out and take a stroll to Historic Downtown Main Street providing a plethora of dining, shopping and wineries. There's also the beautiful and peaceful Botanical Gardens a few blocks away which is next to a park with playground, tennis courts and basketball. If you're a coffee lover, then stroll down to ReDefined Coffee. Or if shopping is your ticket, Southlake Town Center is about 10 minutes away. Lake Grapevine is less than 3 minutes away and provides so many outdoor recreational activities with boating or trail bike riding and miles and miles of walk trails. During the summer the Gaylord Texas resort shoots off fireworks every Friday night so you can pick a spot at the lake to view or watch from this home's backyard. Finally, DFW International Airport is 10 minutes away and downtown Dallas and Fort Worth are less than 30 minutes away. Besides all the ride share options like Uber & Lyft, the new TexRail station is now open in downtown Main Street. And if you're looking for a memorable fun way to get to downtown Fort Worth, check out the Grapevine Vintage Railroad which is also downtown. This is a fun, family friendly ride providing a unique experience on authentic 1920s Victorian coaches. House Rules: Check in after 3pm Check out 10am. No smoking inside of the house. Dog(s)allowed on a case by case basis with permission from the owner first. No cats allowed. Pet deposit may be required Do not burn candles in the house. House cleaning is not included during your stay. If you'd like that service during your stay, just ask. Televisions are all smart Tvs. You use your own logins for TV viewing on apps like Netflix, Hulu, Prime, Vudo, YouTube, etc. Exterior security recording cameras in place. There are no interior cameras in the property.*There is no cable tv, only internet Smart Tvs.Home is set up with starter supplies including toilet paper, paper towels & detergent, dishwashing tabs, garbage bags, etc. You replenish the supplies as you consume them.
