We have private access to the river thru our shared HOA property or walk .8 mile to the Rockin R for tube rentals Inside, our Fully Equipped Kitchen has everything you would need to cook for your group & a gas grill outside. You can walk to the Numerous restaurants in Gruene itself. We love the Live Music selection all over town. You never know who’ll see.
Downstairs is the Living, Dining, Master Bedroom and a sitting room. Upstairs are 3 Bedrooms, a nook with Bunkbeds. There is ample parking for 4 vehicles (you are welcome to use the garage) with overflow parking across from The Grismill.
