Positive: Bright and spacious, nice balcony overlooking the pool. Located in a quiet residential area so pool not overly busy at times.

Negative: This is not really three bedrooms, it’s two bedrooms with half a partition wall separating the second room to accommodate a double bed and a bunk bed. No BBQ as stated in the description. Only one deck chair for the pool area so more needed.
