This magnificent house on the seafront with excellent panoramic views is located on the edge of a cliff. It has a large outdoor pool and is situated close to Lloret de Mar. The villa Bergantin has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The 700 m² property has 5 floors in total. It has access to the rocks in front of the house (delicate access). On the street level it has uncovered parking for two cars. We go down to the first floor where we find a living room, a bathroom with a shower, a terrace with a barbecue area and a chill out area, a kitchen and a second TV room with a covered panoramic terrace. On the lower floor we have 4 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms and a lounge. Underneath we have access to the large pool with a bar area and a courtesy toilet. Finally, below again there is a closed floor with a spa area with an indoor pool (it can be heated with a supplement) with an internal Jacuzzi and sauna and a complete bathroom with a shower. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, air conditioning, a washing machine, a dryer as well as a TV. Furthermore, a pool table is available on the property. A baby cot and a high chair are also available. The house has a sixth room with a double bed and a private bathroom for two people.
