The 3 rooms with bath of this 6 room guest house is part of 3/4 acre compound or estate type property. 4th bedroom when ready is an option that can be available to rent for 2 more guest. We live in the rolling hills area of Hacienda Heights. This house & our house right next door and most homes in this area are further away from the neighbors. Neighborhood is safe, quiet and great for walks. View of the surrounding valley. The main house where we live sits next door. Front yard, long driveway and backyard is big and fully landscaped. Thru request we have an available workout area or small gym/lounge area with 70"TV and small refrigerator and microwave oven.
