Spa is not included in your booking. but can be purchased at an additional cost, during friday–saturday, the hotel has pre-booked spa slots in the spa area, and guests are assigned an afternoon time to guarantee a place in the spa. the spa is open from 8.00 am - 9.00 pm on sunday to thursday, and from 8.00 am - 11.00 pm on friday and saturday. children aged 0–12 years can only use the spa from 15:00 to 17:00 on thursdays and fridays and 08:00 to 09:30 on friday and saturdays morning. this is a cash-free hotel.guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
