Enter through the private court yard and be amazed as the home opens up into the expansive living room featuring a gas fireplace and two seating areas. The windows draw you to the outside living spaces with a large zero entrance pool and the water slide with its own pool. Enjoy the sunsets and mountain views while relaxing in the hot tub or sitting by the outdoor fire pit. The outdoor area also features a newly added pergola area for dining, a built in gas grill and pass through to the gourmet kitchen. The kitchen features a giant granite island as well as Viking appliances. Just off the kitchen is the theater room. On the other side of the home is the expansive master bedroom with fireplace and huge master bath featuring loads of custom tile work. Each bedroom has its own bathroom so bring your friends and family.
Our Home is only 15 minutes away from the spring training home of the Cleveland Indians and the Cincinnati Reds.
