Summary: We had an amazing stay and can't recommend it enough! From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere felt warm, inviting, and utterly intimate. The riad itself is beautifully designed, blending traditional Moroccan style with modern comforts, creating a serene stay. What truly made our experience stand out, however, were the staff members, Oumaima and Marouane. Both were exceptional in every way. Oumaima greeted us with a smile that instantly made us feel at home, and her hospitality was second to none. She went out of her way to ensure we had everything we needed, offering personalized tips about the city. Marouane was equally amazing, his kindness and attention to detail made us feel like we were in the best of hands. If you're looking for a place that combines warmth and a personal touch, The Grand Riad and Spa is the place to be. Thank you again to Oumaima and Marouane for making our stay so memorable!
