The glamping tents are located on a beautiful, family-owned and operated farm. However, this is not your normal everyday farm! We have 6 glamping sites, a jump pillow and playground for the kids, a seasonal corn maze with a haunted house, hayrides, a tube slide, a big red barn for events (available for an additional fee) and so much more! We are located less than 5 minutes away from the Bristol Motor Speedway, 15 minutes away from Bass Pro Shops (Bristol), The Pinnacle (shopping, dining and Just Jump Trampoline Park) and a quick 75 minute drive to Pigeon Forge, Sevierville and Gatlinburg! The Hard Rock Casino in Bristol opens July 8th! Make sure to visit State Street in Bristol where you can literally stand with one foot in Tennessee and the other foot in Virginia at the same time! While you are there, you may want to visit the Birthplace of Country Music Museum, the Paramount Center for the Arts and the Cameo Theater. More of a lake or outdoorsy person? Visit South Holston or Boone Lake.

This is an exclusive Tentrr Signature campsite. Tentrr partners with land owners to offer unique accommodations in beautiful outdoor spaces. Our campsites offer the chance to relax, unplug, and fully experience nature!
Your Tentrr campsite includes a 10'x12' (120 square feet) safari-style canvas tent on a raised wooden platform. Inside the tent you'll find one queen bed or a queen-size bunk bed (see photos for the exact setup). The tent is big enough for the bed plus one or two extra sleeping bags on the floor. Aside from the canvas tent, campers can also use the extra 5-person pop-up dome tent that’s provided. You'll also have a 6-ft picnic table, outdoor fire pit, 2 Tentrr Adirondack chairs, and a heating source to keep you warm and toasty at night.
Max Occupancy: This refers to the total number of campers allowed onsite with your reservation.
Toilets: Every campsite is equipped with a camp toilet (we call it the Tentrr Loo). This is a simple wooden box with a toilet seat and a bucket inside. To use, line the bucket with a CleanWaste Sani-Bag supplied at the camp prior to use. Afterwards, simply tie the bag up and place it in a trash bag. CleanWaste Sani-Bags use a NASA-developed gelling/deodorizing agent that helps prevent spills and keeps everyone safe and clean.
Showers: Every Signature campsite comes with a Coleman Sun Shower. The sun shower has a reservoir that holds up to 5 gallons of water, potentially enough for multiple showers. It's constructed of heat-locking material that warms the water when it's left in the sun, even on cool days.
Smoking, vaping and tobacco use are not permitted inside the glamping tents. Pets are allowed outside of the tents if they have crates and / or leashes. You are responsible for cleaning up after you pets during your stay.
Other Things to Note:
Each camping site comes equipped with the following: a full-size canvas glamping tent on a wood platform, queen size memory foam bed, 2 end tables, picnic table with benches, 2 Adirondack chairs, 5 person dome tent, waterloo, outdoor sun shower, fire pit, Camp Box for food storage and more (see list of amenities provided). We also have a list of amenities that can be added for an upcharge. Restrooms are located inside the barn for your convenience. Bedding is available during your stay for an additional $25 upcharge. You are encouraged to bring your own bedding to fit a queen size bed. Propane heat is also available for $10 per night.
Interaction with Guests:
Upon check out, you should leave-no-trace of your stay and be sure your campsite is returned to its natural glory! While Tentrr does not charge a cleaning fee, we do expect campsites to be left how they were found. After you check out, take everything you brought in and be sure to leave your trash at the designated location on the property.
If a CampKeeper submits an incident report after your stay that details evidence of trash or damage to the campsite or the CampKeeper’s property, Tentrr reserves the right to charge a minimum cleaning fee of $50. Just make sure to follow the Camper Manual posted at your campsite and you'll be set!
Reservation Modifications/Cancellations: Please note the terms of the cancelation policy as they are outlined in your reservation confirmation on Airbnb. Your CampKeeper is unable to change or cancel your reservation on your behalf, and they are unable to waive any cancellation fees (if applicable).
