This is a duplex it has an upper two bedroom apartment 2 full bathroom it also has a lower two bedroom apartment one full bathroom and a 90% finished basement also with a full bathroom.
The listing that you have booked is for the upstairs two bedroom apartment that comfortably sleeps 10 people there is also the sleeping areas in the basement.
The basement is a common area that could sometimes be shared with other guests if you would like to make the basement exclusive to you and your guest there will be an additional charge of $125 in which I can send you a fee request. If you are interested in all three floors and there is a listing to accommodate the whole property the sleeps close to 30 to 35 people comfortably

I rent the apartments out separately or together with the basement or one apartment with the basement you can rent one apartment if you look at the pictures all the descriptions will be in there in which is included in the lower also the upper and the basement. If you rent one apartment please let me know if you would like it to be the upper or lower apartment or both or just one with the basement included. I will send over a request for payment for the difference in the pricings. If you want the whole house with the basement that's $399 a night plus all guest fees there is a minimum guest requirement for all three floors that is 14 people. So if you rent one apartment it's going to be $250 per night plus the fees when you book please be descriptive and let me know if you would like the upper or the lower if you would like the basement included with one apartment it is going to be $325 per night so it's actually a great deal to go ahead and book the whole house it's very huge and accommodates a lot of people very comfortable. All guests should be on the booking there are no guests allowed unless they are on your booking.
The basement has lots of entertainment pool table, karaoke, tons of games board games craps ping pong roulette and so much more. All three living rooms have beautiful large sectionals with large screen TVs with cable and Netflix provided bedrooms throughout the home all have TVs must have cable and Netflix as well there is a spa like bathroom in the upper apartment to fully equipped kitchens large and come with every utensil and cookware that you could need. There are primo water machines on every floor that have hot or cold water available. There are microwaves & refrigerators on each floor there is an electric stove with oven on the main floor or apartment and a gas range and oven in the upper apartment. The upper apartment has a side by side refrigerator with an ice maker we will be adding one as well on the main floor very soon.
