Very easy access to the shops, supermarket , tatterstalls, bars and restaurants all within walking distance, there is street parking or option of a car park
Newmarket is a buzzing horse racing town, lots of pubs, restaurants and shops very close to the house.
Everything is in walking distance of the property, there is a train station about 10 minutes walk from the house, regular buses.
The house is over 130 years old, the doors are original, the stairs are quite narrow too. This house has a lot of character and a real homely feel. Please note this is a shared house so you will be sharing with either myself or other guest.
Please be respectful of the other guest, clean the bathroom and kitchen after yourself once you have used it. All communal areas are throughly cleaned weekly, you are responsible for keeping your room clean during your stay. If you wish for your room to be cleaned this can be arrange at an extra cost. Please not guests are not permitted to have visitors in the house.
