Summary: Not so good. No soap, no tissues, no hand towels and no wash cloths. Toilet was loose on the floor. Bed sheets had dirty stains. Old worn sofa. Waste baskets were hidden in cabinets under counters. The air was stale inside. Pillows were flat. I’ve stayed in accommodations all over the USA and the world. This was a bare-bones room like I’ve never seen before. The lobby was small and reservations were on a handwritten sheet of paper, not on a computer. It’s 2025 for goodness sake!

Summary: The place is currently being renovated but I doubt it will help. The place is filthy. No dumpster for all their trash and it’s just dumped outside. The bathroom toilet was a pain to flush. We had to go to the front desk (which is currently in the employee area) to fill up our own toilet paper. Bring your own bedding!!!! Thankfully our trip was packed with activities so we weren’t there much.

Summary: Certainly a cheap place to sleep and shower. It was very clean but very out-dated and well-worn, more like a hostel. The bed was very comfortable.

Summary: When we first arrived, there was no one at the front desk. We waited about 20 minutes, and no one showed up. We used the call box outside to call the hotel and were told by someone offsite that they could not help us and just to wait for someone to show up. Finally, the front desk attendant arrived with some fast food she had left to obtain. Not totally her fault as she should have had backup. The whole place smelled like weed. We killed three roaches within the first five minutes in our room. The shower/tub had black stains in it and we decided to go without showering as it would likely make us dirtier. We left for a show and came back. None of our cards worked on the front door, and we had to use the callbox again to find someone to let us in. We were told (for the first time) that we had to enter through a side door. We went upstairs and none of our keys worked on the door the first 3 or four times. One finally worked, but the others didn't. A few of us slept on top of the covers in fear of bed bugs. The carpet was heavily stained and none of us removed our socks the whole time we were there. I will say all three of the staff members we encountered were extremely pleasant, friendly, sweet and helpful. Not their fault that the place is kind of a dump. Most definitely would not stay here again. Felt nasty and somewhat unsafe.

Summary: Room 306: No basic items in kitchen cabinets; mold in shower surround; very dirty shower floor; caulk separating from floor to bathtub; heavily stained carpet; property lacked elevator; limited grab-n-go breakfast selection; would make a better impression just having a morning beverage station.

Summary: I am older man who has problems walking. There were stairs. It was hard for me too carry my bags up the them and had to ask another guest for help. There were no hangers in the room.
