Relax listening to the sounds of the bird life and ocean or take the coastal walk to Mt Martha's famous South Beach and cafe scene or drive a short distance to the boutique shopping precinct of Mornington's Main Street, beach and sailing club. Everything this holiday is within reach.
The luxe and modern queen bedroom is well appointed, with 2-seater lounge, dining for 2 and TV and access to a gorgeous private garden opposite the beach. A modern designed bathroom ensuite includes a shower/toilet/vanity with an adjacent kitchenette inclusive of a Coffee Machine, Microwave, Bar Fridge, Hot Plate, Air Fryer and Sink.
The studio has a large walk-in robe also hosting an iron, ironing board and clothes hanger, extra blankets and pillows.
Luxury inclusions: Luxe Bedding, Air conditioning/Heating, Dual Blinds, Samsung Smart TV provided, which has features Netflix, Kayo etc apps (guest to login onto their accounts), a Bluetooth speaker is provided.
