With central AC throughout, a spacious layout, and a large private yard, this home provides comfort and convenience for both relaxation and outdoor enjoyment.
Step inside to an open living and kitchen area designed for easy living. The cozy living room features comfortable seating and a smart TV, making it an ideal spot to unwind after a day at the beach. The well-equipped kitchen includes island seating for 6, making meal preparation a breeze and offering an inviting space for casual dining. Just off the kitchen, you'll find a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo for added convenience.

The house is equipped with lawn games including cornhole boards and KanJam to keep the whole group entertained. If the weather is not cooperating there are puzzles and board games available inside!
The owners provide 6 beach chairs and a convenient parking pass for 1 car at the private Carleton Shores beach lot, located just 2/10 of a mile from the home. If you prefer to walk, a beach wagon is also provided for easy beach access.
