● The apartment is very close to the center of town and thus central to almost everything.
● Please remember that you will be staying in a home and not a hotel. This is a more personalized, down-to-earth, local and unique experience while a hotel is much more cookie-cutter and less adventurous.
● Please know that the space is in a small city rich with culture, diversity and activity AND not in a tranquil, secluded and remote backwoods, or countryside.
● There is FREE PARKING on the street and usually space to park close by. PLUS there is a parking garages within 0.4 miles (0.6 km).
● The space is in an apartment building.

Q: Do you pick up or drop off to the airport, train station, etc?
A: Unfortunately we are not able to accomodate at this time. However UBER and LYFT are available. You can use our code to save $$.

Q: Is it near public transportation?
A: Yes there is Uber & Lyft as mentioned. Plus the city buses stop right at the front door. Besides you can walk to almost anything as Lancaster is an extremely walkable city.

Q: Do I need to bring linens, towels, or a hair dryer?
A: Nope! This is all provided.

Q: Is everything I need within walking distance?
A: Yes! There is a grocery store, a laundromat, a restaurant, a barber and much more within a 5 min walk.

Q: When can I check in or check out?
A: Standard checkin is between 4:00pm and 10:00pm and standard checkout before 12:00pm noon.
► We kindly ask that you check in before 10:00pm in the rare case that you would have any glitches with the checkin process AND have it resolved before bedtime. We want you to have a great stay and would hate for a late night hang up to mess that up.
► NONETHELESS we do make exceptions to standard checkin and checkout times. If you need an exception, please communicate and make the necessary arrangements beforehand.
► We are more than happy to accomodate early checkin and late checkout. We do ask you to cover the cost of rearranging schedules and expediting the cleaning. The cost is:
→ $15 for an additional 1 hour
→ $25 for an additional 2 hours
→ $35 for an additional 3 hours
→ $$ for one night's accomodations over 3 hours
NOTE: Early checkin and late checkout is subject to approval and availability.

Q: Can I bring extra people not accounted for on the reservation?
A: Yes, but we require it to be arranged beforehand and reimbursement be made of ~$20 / guest / night or day. ( Note though that the listing price is set to change after a certain number of guests only. This will be honored with extra guests. But we still ask for the guest count to be accurate and payment to be made in accordance to the listing settings.) Even if it is for only a short visit and not for the night, each guest needs to be accounted for.

Q: Do you provide self-checkin?
A: Yes. Access instructions are provided on the day of checkin.

Q: Can I come and go as I please during my stay?
A: Yes! All you need is the access code and you can come and go at will.

Q: Can previous or future guests access the space while I am there?
A: No, not if you keep the door locked. The code is personalized and timed to each reservation. That means your code is unique to you and no other guest has it. That also means that a previous guest's code has been deactivated and a future guest's code has not yet been activated at the time of your stay. They will not be able to enter.

Q: Is the neighborhood safe?
A: We do not have concerns. We live closeby.
