Maximum Occupancy Allowed is 10 overnight guests (Per Santa Rosa County). A guest is anyone over the age of 3.
You are allowed an additional 5 guests during the daytime hours of 8:00am and 9:00pm. (Per Santa Rosa County)
PARKING: The driveway and carport can fit up to 3-4 total vehicles. There is additional off street parking available on Montgomery Dr. if needed.
QUIET HOURS: 9:00pm - 8:00am Daily (Per Santa Rosa County city ordinance)
No outdoor amplified sound is allowed.

This split level home is roughly 2400 sq ft and perfect for a group gathering. The front yard is fully fenced with many seating options.
The rear yard has a beautiful deck with plenty of seating as well.
The living room has a spacious couch that seats 10 as well as a 2-seater recliner. This room also has a 65" TV with YouTube TV, foosball table, dart board, and other fun games for the group.
The dining room has a table for seating up to 12.
The modern kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, cooking utensils, crock pot, toaster, coffee machine, blender, and other amenities. BBQ is located just off the kitchen, on the back porch.
Home has 5 BEDROOMS and 3 FULL BATHS.
(6 beds are new Sealy Euclid Avenue Euro Pillowtop Mattresses in a variety of Firm, Medium, and Soft. 1 bed is a Tempur-Pedic pad on box spring. These are labelled in the house manual.)
Upper level:

We do have a camera overlooking the driveway to keep track of the number of guests and pets. (The camera does not view any living space indoor or outdoor.)

Fire's are frequent natural disasters in the area and can cause smoky air and possible evacuations. We do not give refunds for smoky air conditions during your stay or other bad weather reason (unless refundable option is chosen and cancellation is completed during the appropriate cancellation timeframe). If an evacuation occurs during your stay, we will refund for any nights the evacuation is in place during the stay.
Power outages also occur frequently in the area. No refunds will be given for power outages during your stay. We do provide flashlights and batteries for guests to use during power outages. We will notify the guest as soon as we are made aware of any outages, and if a prolonged outage occurs, we will discuss options with the guest.
