This 3200 sq. ft. completely renovated, stylish lake house on Mt. Morris Lake (160 acre, fully recreational) has 4 bedrooms (3 bedrooms and 1 bunk room with 6 twin beds), and 3 full bathrooms. Plenty of room to spread out and enjoy lake living, with kayaks and standup paddle boards and water trampoline included. The pier has space to dock one motor boat (boat not included). Only 2 hours from Milwaukee and 3.5 hours from Chicago!
The space
Sip your coffee as you enjoy the breathtaking views of the sun rising over Mt. Morris Lake. The open floor plan kitchen, dining and living area is on the main floor of the house. The dining table seats 10 and the kitchen island seats 4. The expansive kitchen is fully renovated with all new appliances and everything you need for making family meals. The open living area has a wood burning fireplace with a large, flat screen Smart TV and high speed WIFI. Included on the main floor are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The spacious master bedroom has plenty of room for a pack-n-play (included), or space to spread out and practice yoga. Working from home? There is a dedicated work space with a desk overlooking the lake in the master bedroom as well.
Downstairs is the walkout lower level with more beautiful views of the lake. The walkout lower level has a bathroom, laundry room, bunk room with 6 twin beds, game room and another living area. Rainy day? Stay downstairs and hang out in the game room with a TV and sectional couch. The game room includes a pool table, ping pong table, shuffleboard, and plenty of board games. **The hot tub is located just outside the lower level, available Labor Day through Memorial Day and shuts off for the summer months.
Relax outside near the fire pit, soak in the hot tub, swim in the lake, fish off the dock/pier, kayak around the lake and swim out to the swimming raft. The driveway is shared with the neighbors and includes 4 maximum parking spaces. There is plenty of yard to play on the lakeside of the house, but the driveway is not to be used for playing/ hanging out. There is an outdoor porch overlooking the lake, which is located off the kitchen/dining area. The neighbors are within close proximity and while the house is great for families, it is not suitable for gatherings of over 12 people or loud noises at night.
Walk to the organic farm at the end of the street (1/8th mile) and grab all the fruits, veggies and fresh eggs that you need, or pick your own raspberries and strawberries during their summer season as well. The Trading Post Bar/Restaurant and Mt. Morris Mill Coffee Shop is within walking distance of the house too. Otherwise, it’s a 12 minute drive to Wautoma for restaurants (supper clubs!!), shops, grocery stores, gas stations, etc.
Nordic Mountain is 3 minutes away from the lake house with mountain biking trails in the summer and downhill skiing, snowboarding and cross country skiing trails in the winter. Many hiking trails are nearby as well. Drive 1 hour to the Wisconsin Dells for a fun day trip, or trailer your boat to the many inland lakes around the area.

Guest access
The house shares a driveway with the neighboring house and is not to be used for playing/hanging out. There are 4 total parking spaces, with no additional street parking available. The hot tub at the Blair Lake House will be shut off for the summer months and won't be available after Memorial Day until Labor Day.
