If the guest fails to do so they will be charged an additional 25$ as an additional cleaning expense. Any damages within the home incurred by the pet will also be charged accordingly.

No toilet paper, no bath towel.

Unclean bedsheets, bath towels, or any other unclean items.
We understand that cleanliness is subjective. We cannot address minute details, and therefore, no refunds will be made for cleanliness issues. However, we offer access to a laundry machine for re-washing.
In the rare event that the house is not clean at all from the previous guest, causing booking problems, or any unusual circumstance, we will fully refund your cleaning fee.
